I only recall that the crux of the dream was that I was being forced to sell my dog.
It was only one of the three, and it was the one that is very much attached to me. I was being forced to sell this dog by my spouse.
There was a lot of anxiety in this dream, as well as feelings of dread, hatred and deceit.
I refused to sell the dog, to the point of defending her with bladed weapons from any who came near.

I'm OK, Daddy.
I had this dream while sleeping on the couch.
In this dream I was sitting on the couch, reading. I heard the distinct jingle of a dog's collar to my left. I knew from the waking hours that all three dogs we currently own are in the bedroom, to the right.
I look over to see Ivy, the dog that passed away at a young age a few years ago, looking up at me. She jumped into my lap and I pet her. She enjoyed the attention for a while, then sat up and looked to the living room/dining room door. She barked in her very distinct bark. I looked to see nothing there.
I told her I loved her very much and missed her every day. She licked my hand a few times, then jumped off the couch and went through the living room/dining room door.
I awoke immediately and my first thought was to go through that door. Nothing was there. I then heard her collar jingle again in the living room.
